Tonight I had the good fortune to visit the local botanic gardens after normal operating hours. Once a month during the summer, they hold what are called first thuirsdays, where the gardens are opened up from 6 - 9 pm for music, food, and some drink if you desire.
I’ve been thinking about this subject quite a bit lately. Honestly, I hear the word bandied about so much any more, it’s almost lost it’s meaning for me.
Well, not so funny, but I stepped on the scale at 192.0 yesterday. I guess not bad for not having gone to class at all last week.
I got on the scale yesterday morning: 190.0 even. Up from last time, but not unexpected since I ate like crap at the end of last week. Although I haven’t eaten much better the last couple days, I expect next week will be a bit better.
I took the day off from work to do some stuff, and it was certainly an interesting day.
Well, It’s been a week since my last post, and I have various and sundry things to tell you about.
