After a serious blood sugar crash Monday during class, I’ve rebounded and managed to avoid eating any refined sugar or eating sweets at the wrong time that would cause those kind of problems again. I’m sore after getting back to class again, which is to be expected, but I think we’ll both notice a difference in my measurements on Monday after this week.

Here’s my menu from Tuesday and yesterday - I did well Tuesday, but not so well yesterday, since I had lunch at a friend’s house, though I still ate fairly healthy. I need to get motivated to exercise though.

Ok, here’s my menu from the last couple days. At this point any pretense of trying to eat decently is pretty much gone - this is the worst I’ve eaten in quite some time, and I suspect it’s going to show when I get on the scale Monday morning. Here’s the food I’ve eaten Friday and yesterday. There was no exercise, I blew it there. This month was my month to host a rotating get together for some people from work, and it definitely shows in the food I’ve been eating.
