menu update
After a serious blood sugar crash Monday during class, I’ve rebounded and managed to avoid eating any refined sugar or eating sweets at the wrong time that would cause those kind of problems again. I’m sore after getting back to class again, which is to be expected, but I think we’ll both notice a difference in my measurements on Monday after this week.
Tuesday’s menu

peppermint tea (not raw)
brownies
almonds
tostadas (yes, I promise it’s all raw)
supplements ( 1 multivitamin, 1 fish oil, 1 wheatgrass tablet, 2 spirulina tablets)
strawberry smoothie
salad
no exercise
Wednesday’s menu
lemon water
grapefruit
peppermint tea (not raw)
2 bananas
brownies
almonds
tostadas
salad
2 hrs jujitsu class
Food and exercise wise, I’m quite pleased with the way the last couple days have gone, considering how sore, and now, how tired I am, at least until I’m used to going to class again.
