menu update
Here’s my menu from Tuesday and yesterday - I did well Tuesday, but not so well yesterday, since I had lunch at a friend’s house, though I still ate fairly healthy. I need to get motivated to exercise though.
Tuesday’s menu
fresh vegetable juice
2 altoids
peppermint tea (not raw)
2 bananas
2 cocoa coconut balls
almonds
corn chowder
salad
strawberry smoothie
no exercise
Wednesday’s menu
strawberry smoothie
banana
almonds
shrimp salad (partially raw)
salmon (not raw)
green beans (not raw)
wild rice (not raw)
cilantro smoothie
decaf mocha (not raw)
salad
corn chips (not raw)
no exercise
I need to get some more spicy food back into my diet, it helps motivate me to do things, not just exercise.
