weight loss update

Here are my measurements, the disastrous results from last week’s bad eating, and yesterday’s menu, where I start making a comeback from the bad eating.

Measurements
Weight:193.4 lbs, + 4.4lbs from last week.  Feels like it too.
neck: 16 1/2″
bicep:  14 1/2″
forearm: 12″
chest: 42 3/4″
waist: 41 1/4″ (This may be more appropriately referred to as stomach.  I just bought a pair of jeans that claim to be 38×30, and the waist is too large.)
hips: 39″
thigh: 24″
calf: 14 1/4″

So, to make up for all of last week, I started being much better about my meals so far this week.

Monday’s menu
lemon water
fresh vegetable juice*
peppermint tea (not raw)
1 altoid (not raw)
2 bananas
2 cocoa coconut balls (yes, they’re raw)
almonds
corn chowder
supplements (1 multivitamin, 1 fish oil capsule, 1 wheatgrass tablet, 2 spirulina tablets)
pecans
salad
* 1 teaspoon brine, 2 oz lemon juice, 1 carrot, 1 stalk broccoli, 1/4 cucumber, 2 stalks celery, some white cabbage, 1 bunch parsley, and 3 stalks of kale

For a day I managed to eat like I want. Well, I did today too, but you don’t get that information until tomorrow at the earliest.  Now I can start detoxing all the junk I’ve eaten the last couple weeks.
