horrible eating continues

Ok, so this week was pretty much a complete disaster for eating anything resembling healthy food except for breakfast, and even then I blew it during the weekend. Without further ado, here is the disaster I call my menu for Friday and yesterday.

Friday’s menu
lemon water
peppermint tea (not raw)
grapefruit
almonds
cheddar cheese crackers (not raw)
meatball sub (not raw)
decaf mocha (not raw)
popcorn (not raw)
2 egg rolls (not raw)
beef fried rice (not raw)
2 pieces cheesecake (not raw)
no exercise - again!

Saturday’s menu
lemon water
5(?) pieces cheesecake (not raw)
2 pieces cheessecake w/ black currant preserves (not raw)
peanuts (not raw)
2 buttered baked potatoes (not raw)
corn chips
no exercise

I wish I could say I did better today, but the sad truth is, I didn’t. in fact, here’s today’s menu too.

Sunday’s menu
2 pieces cheesecake (not raw)
pecans
decaf (not raw)
2 apple cinnamon pancakes w/whipped cream (not raw)
hash browns (not raw)
2 eggs (not raw)
2 bacon (not raw)
wonton soup (not raw)
fried dumplings (not raw)
exercise - 2 hours walking at the gardens

At least I did some walking, but this has been the worst week eating wise I’ve had in a long time. Next week is going to be different - a lot different. I’m dreading taking the measurements and weighing myself in the morning though - I stepped on the scale yesterday afternoon just to see how bad it was - 190.6, up 1.6 pounds from last Monday. Likely I’ve put on almost all the weight I took off last week.

I guess the one bit of good news to take away from the mess that was this week is that it’s never too late to change.
