menu update

Ok, here’s my menu from the last couple days.  At this point any pretense of trying to eat decently is pretty much gone - this is the worst I’ve eaten in quite some time, and I suspect it’s going to show when I get on the scale Monday morning.  So withuot further ado, here it is, in all it’s ugliness.

Tuesday
lemon water
green tea (not raw)
orange
4 pop tarts (not raw, obviously)
corn chips and salsa (not raw)
decaf mocha (not raw)
popcorn (not raw)
spaghetti w/chili and parmesan cheese (not raw)
strawberry ice cream (not raw)

Wednesday
lemon water
green apple
peppermint tea (not raw)
4 pop tarts (not raw)
almonds
philly cheesesteak sandwich (not raw)
onion rings (not raw)
supplements (multivitamin, 2 spirulina tablets, 1 wheatgrass tablet, 1 fish oil capsule)
large decaf mocha (not raw)
spaghetti w/parmesan cheese (not raw)
coffee ice cream (not raw)

As you can see, my day starts out well enough, but when I don’t prep lunches and suppers ahead of time, I go for something a bit more convenient or comforting, and that’s when I get into trouble.  So I need to be a bit more committed to doing what I need to do during the weekend to make sure I’m not having a meltdown like I am this week.
