another weight loss update

I know, my blog has been nothing but weight loss and diet info and a lot of silence, but that will change with other posts I have in mind. for now, here’s an update on my menu from Saturday through yesterday, including measurements.

Saturday’s menu
lemon water
orange
corn chips (not raw)
4 pieces of pizza (pepperoni and ham, none of it raw)
2 beers (not raw)
peanuts (not raw)
peanut m&ms (not raw, obviously)
no exercise except cleaning around the house

Sunday’s menu
lemon water
peppermint tea (not raw)
almost 2 large pizzas (not raw)
exercise - 2 1/2 hours walking at Riverbanks Gardens

Monday’s measurements
weight: 189.0, net loss of 2.8 pounds
neck: 16 1/4″
bicep: 14 1/2″
forearm: 11 1/2″
chest: 42 1/2″
waist: 40 1/2″
hips: 39″
thigh: 22 1/2″
calf: 14″

Monday’s menu
lemon water
peppermint tea (not raw)
2 coconut cocoa balls
southwestern caesar salad (parts not raw)
2 small decaf mochas
dark chocolate (not raw)
grapefruit
2 bowls popcorn (not raw)
caramel chocolate bar (not raw)
No exercise due to inexplicably sore left arm

I did pretty horrible over the weekend, yesterday, and today, as you’ll find out later, hopefully it won’t come back to haunt me.
So far, instead of moving towards a raw food diet, I’ve been moving away from it. That’s going to change post haste, or I’m going to have to try something new, like self-flagellation. Ok, I wouldn’t go that extreme, but I do need to do something different to get me out of this and into better habits. I need to remember to take my nutritional supplements as well, I’m not very good about that outside work. I’m not that great at remembering when I am there, for that matter.
