I’ve noticed that of my favorite movies, about half were commercial successes, and the other half were also rans at the box office. I recently added a new movie to my top ten list, and it appears to be one of the latter.
It’s toward the end of my vacation, and it’s been an interesting one. Although I’ve done a number of things I set out to do, there’s a number I haven’t done too, and I’m ok with that. This week really seems to be about resting and recharging, decompressing, and thinking things through.
I’ve noticed something a bit unusual isince my last post. My beard and hair, what’s left of it, is gray, with some of my original dirty blonde/auburn color left for highlights. But that’s starting to change.
This past week was rather interesting, most of it went rather well. Work had its share of challenges, but definitely better than it has been in recent months. I want to tell you about the last couple of days in particular, and I won’t really be talking about work.
It’s been a while since I wrote anything, but then again, my back hasn’t exactly been quick to recover from the injury I sustained last month. It’s recovering though, getting better, and so is the rest of my life. There’s quite a bit that’s happened, so let’s get going.
