Well, not so funny, but I stepped on the scale at 192.0 yesterday. I guess not bad for not having gone to class at all last week.
Something I do want to talk about for a minute though, is humor. Although I love watching comedies and the like, I will be the first to admit I’m a pretty serious person a lot of the time. But one of the things essential to a good spiritual path, at least in my mind, is humor. I could bore the crap out of you with a discussion about its place in spiritual traditions, or the functions and mechanisms of humor. But I’m not going to, because there’s enough of that out there already.

I have a couple of favorites I saved from the site and printed and hung up at work, but I don’t feel like tracking down the urls at the moment. Anyway, it’s a very funny site, so I ‘m going to recommend that you go there.
You may have noticed, I added a humor category as well - yes, it is an indicator of things to come. But you’ll just have to wait on what that is.
