update
Forgot to mention in my last post, I weighed in this morning at 183.2, up 1.8 pounds from last week.
Not too surprising really - I wound up eating out a lot last week: chinese 3 times, and met my friends Saturday night to watch the Saints - Eagles football game. At one point I think I was up about 5 pounds or so for the week, but that was largely from extra food intake. Next week I should come in close to 180, if not under.
