weigh-in update

Yesterday I weighed in at 200.8 pounds after forgetting to do it right after getting up and having 2 cups of coffee first.

I also found out how much my clothes weigh in the process, about 2.5 pounds.  This morning I weighed in at 199.0 even, although I suspect there was some water loss involved there, class nights seem to dry me out from all the sweating.  So far I’ve been good about working out, whether I feel like it or not, cause I definitely didn’t feel like it Tuesday or last night.  It’s that just started working out soreness and stiffness thing, although it seems to be much less this morning.  I still have it a little, but not like the last day or two.

I can’t tell you how good it feels to get back on the mat again.  And I’ve decided something else as well - I’m not changing my eating habits on the weekends any more either.  Typically I’ve eaten more cooked or restaurant food on the weekends than during the week, which also includes lots of processed carbohydrates, which I am beginning to believe is the main culprit.  Not that all carbohydrates are bad, just certain forms of it.

Anyway, I feel better with my weight under 200, now it’s a matter of sticking to it and losing the rest.
